    "Do you have a business card?""How do we contact you?""Bro, you on *The Gram?"*Slang for Instagram (Urban Dictionary)These questions have long followed performances I've done at weddings and events.I'm thrilled to have found The Laser Co. who've manufactured an aesthetically pleasing and transportable A-frame I take to gigs, in turn, answering these questions as I perform.Andrew was attentive to my specifications regarding both the look and feel I wanted for this A-frame in relation to my services as a solo violinist.His initial mock ups were fantastic, and we tweaked the design a few times to ensure the winning version was to my liking prior to manufacturing the product itself.Upon receiving the A-frame, initially, there were some discrepancies with the text upon it - I contacted Andrew immediately to rectify this.Andrew's swift communication to remedy this was impeccable - within a week (and a scheduled courier at no additional charge) the errors were tended to, thus resulting in a perfectly aligned A-frame (on both sides).To say I'd highly recommend the services of Andrew and The Laser Co. would be an understatement - look no further!

    Ok my lasercutting job isn't even done yet and I'm far away from it, but these people have been willing to consult with me over the phone for the past hour, patiently listening to my requests despite having so many things happening at their office. I was lasercutting an intricate model that I needed by tonight and they quickly responded and cut the job. I've never experienced customer service like this, they will go out of their way to help you. Thank you soooo much! x
