Ok my lasercutting job isn't even done yet and I'm far away from it, but these people have been willing to consult with me over the phone for the past hour, patiently listening to my requests despite having so many things happening at their office. I was lasercutting an intricate model that I needed by tonight and they quickly responded and cut the job.
