The Laser Co

The Laser Co has considerable expertise developing customised designs and solutions for diverse applications. Some of the special projects we have completed include Unique Timber Awards, Multi-function Display Boxes for Trade Shows and Exhibitions, Display Racks for cards and other items, Prototype flat packed display boxes and many other projects.

Utilising the wide engineering experience of the Laser Co staff, the state-of-the-art laser cutters and general woodworking equipment, we can take your requirements and develop cost effective and do-able solutions. Our staff have over 40 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing and trade roles.

We follow the tried and tested design process:

• We listen to your project requirements and desired outcomes. There will be critical and non-critical requirements for the solutions.
• We develop solutions that encompass the requirements. This can involve several iterations to get the right solution for your project.
• We build a prototype to test the solution will address the critical and many non-critical requirements. The prototype(s) are cut and assembled in our workshop on our lasers and other equipment.
• The design is modified and refined to address any shortcomings from the prototype. In some cases, a second or third prototype may be needed.
• The final design is completed and ready for production.
